Design requirements are governed by codes of practice (SP), SNiPs, GOSTs, and SanPiNs, which regulate almost all possible architectural and construction solutions.
We design recreational facilities in full compliance with Russian national CAD standards (ESKD) and project documentation systems (SPDS), adhering to all applicable building codes and regulations. This ensures our projects successfully pass the state expert review.

A master plan/general layout/layout solutions are created, followed by detailed design, and finally, a cost estimate. The documents reflect all architectural and construction details and the complete set of components for the tourist center.
