Preparing the construction site, workshops, fire safety, temporary wiring and lighting, and many other aspects—all of this is created with an eye toward months of autonomous operation. It's important to remember that in countryside properties, many things need to be kept in reserve. Shipping one kilogram of screws costs the same as shipping 10 kilograms of screws.

Culture and Hygiene:
The higher the standard of living and hygiene among employees working at such remote sites, the more efficient they are, the more committed they are to the quality of the facility being constructed, and the more loyal they are to the Client and their project.

Shift Work Only:
Work at such sites can only be carried out on a shift basis. Local workers are not permitted (except for rough, unskilled work). Isolated work environments inevitably lead to a drop in motivation. Extended leave for workers to reconnect with family and community is essential.

Conflicts can arise
Conflict is a risk in isolated, all-male workforces. These multi-generational teams, often assembled from across Russia and the CIS, can face internal tensions as well as clashes with local communities.
