Stage "P" (Design) - consists of drawings and text documents describing the main urban planning, space-planning, color, design, technological, and engineering solutions. Is carried out on the basis of the Urban Development Plan of the Land Plot (GPZU), issued by the local government authority.

At this stage, in addition to the architectural group, the following specialists take part in the project: a design engineer, a technologist, designers of engineering systems (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, water supply, sewerage, electrical equipment and electric lighting, communication and alarm systems, automation of plumbing systems, etc.;

The "RD" (Working Documentation) stage is a completed, detailed project of all sections, the drawings and text documents of which are sent to the construction site. It is carried out on the basis of the previously developed "P" stage and in compliance with the adopted author's decisions.
