For our properties, we select the most incredible corners of Russia, rarely visited by humans, and rivaling the beauty of foreign resorts. We create projects that make staying away from civilization as comfortable as possible, and make guests want to return to relive the experience again and again.

Sustainability is not just a trend, but a conscious choice that we follow in all aspects of our project. A careless attitude towards nature and towards oneself is unacceptable in our company. In our projects, we strive to be as respectful of nature and existing facilities as possible, restoring outdated health resorts and recreation centers — and bringing life back to them. Often such objects are places associated with the childhood memories of local residents. And as experience shows: if the locals are happy, then the visitors will be happy too.

One of our primary goals is to preserve nature in its natural, undisturbed state (or: we are developing a hospitality model in which sustainability and respect for nature are paramount). In construction, we use natural, local materials and energy-efficient solutions, and in furnishing our rooms, we choose to use resources wisely, avoid plastic, and minimize materials that harm our planet.

We do everything to ensure that our guests share our concept of responsible consumption. Furthermore, we actively participate in social and environmental projects in the region where we operate.
