Interior Designer / Architect-Designer (REVIT)
Responsibilities:
- Development of planning solutions;
- Development and release of design and working documentation for public interiors (hotels, guest houses, restaurants);
- Preparation of working drawings for manufacturing furniture and custom-made products;
- Site visits for measurements;
- Compiling specifications;
- Selection of finishing materials and furniture;
- Conducting author's supervision;
- Interaction with the procurement department;
- Interaction with specialists of related sections, coordination and integration of sections, issuing architectural assignments, accounting and integrating АИ with structural, engineering, and technological requirements in spatial planning solutions;
- Preparation and issuance of assignments to related sections and subcontractors;
- Participation in working meetings.
- Higher education in architecture;
- Experience in a similar position from 2 years;
- Ability to learn, readiness to acquire new professional knowledge and skills;
- Experience in interior design at the working documentation stage;
- Ability to understand solutions of related sections;

Architect (REVIT)
What you will do:
- Development of concepts for tourist and hotel facilities;
- Development of informational, graphical, and other presentation materials;
- Development of drawings for Architectural Solutions and/or Architecture and Interiors sections (hotels, guest houses, restaurants);
- Issuing assignments and coordinating work with related departments and specialists.
- Great desire to design hotel facilities and recreational areas;
- Love for travel (our entire team just returned from Kamchatka);
- Higher education in architecture;
- Experience as an architect/lead architect from 1 year;
- Confident proficiency in Revit (understanding of BIM technology, experience in modeling and forming working documentation), InDesign;

Design Engineer
What you will do:
- Design of sections: Water Supply, Sanitation, Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, Heating Networks; stages P and RD;
- Gathering necessary information for design;
- Performing calculations (necessary to substantiate design solutions);
- Equipment selection and preparation of specifications;
- Compliance with the technical level of developed projects and ensuring compliance of developed projects and technical documentation with the regulatory framework;
- Interaction with developers of related sections;
- Coordination of design and working documentation with the Project Chief Engineer.
- Higher specialized education;
- Responsibility;
- Knowledge of design norms, regulations, and standards;
- Ability to prepare design and technical documentation quickly and in a technically competent manner;
- Competent oral speech and ability to conduct reasoned dialogue with all process participants (knowledge of terminology used in construction);
- Experience in independent development of engineering systems;
- Confident use of AutoCad tools (have you mastered REVIT? this is welcomed and will be a "plus").

- Revision of design documentation at all design stages;
- Preparation and issuance of assignments to related sections and subcontractors;
- Participation in working meetings;
- Monitoring deadlines for documentation development;
- Monitoring compliance of documentation with regulatory requirements;
- Compliance with the technical level of developed projects and ensuring compliance of developed projects and technical documentation with the regulatory framework.
- Higher education in architecture;
