Projects by FANTALIS Group of Companies Reach the Final of the International PROESTATE & TOBY Awards.

From September 27 to 28, the second qualifying round of the international PROESTATE & TOBY Awards 2022 took place at the high-tech office space Multispace Paveletskaya (Moscow).

During the presentations, companies from different regions of Russia presented their projects to a highly qualified jury.

During the in-person voting, experts carefully examined the presented companies and projects. Among the jury members were Evgeny Mikhailenko–Dean of the Faculty of Urban and Regional Development at HSE University, and Olga Shirokova–Director of the Consulting and Analytics Department at Knight Frank Russia & CIS. It was also noted that the transparency and objectivity of the winner selection process were ensured by Zakhar Malakhov, an independent consultant from the financial development institute in the housing sector of the Russian Federation–DOM.RF. A total of more than 230 applications were submitted for the competition, from which finalists were selected.

Projects from the FANTALIS Group of companies were presented in four nominations:

• Architectural Company of the Year–FANTALIS Group;
• Developer of the Year (Commercial Real Estate)–FANTALIS Group;
• In the nomination Public, Recreational, Creative Spaces–MISHKA Restaurant (Kamchatka Krai, Paratunka village);
• In the nomination Glampings and Country Hotels–Laguna SPA Hotel (Kamchatka, Paratunka village);

Following the qualifying round, all submitted projects of the FANTALIS Group of companies advanced to the final.

The winners of the international PROESTATE & TOBY 2022 Awards will be announced at an awards ceremony on November 10, 2022, in Moscow
