FANTALIS Architects has designed the interior for its office in the Studio#12 Loft Quarter, combining functionality, contemporary design, and elements of eco-minimalism. The new office has become not only a workspace for the team but also a reflection of the bureau's philosophy.
The architects approached the creation of their office with special attention to detail. Since the bureau acted as both client and executor, the project team faced the responsible task of turning an empty concrete space into a comfortable and inspiring environment for a creative team. The choice fell on the Studio#12 Loft Quarter, which proved to be an ideal foundation for this project. Spacious interiors with high ceilings and large windows framing the city view were perfect for creating a workspace for architects.

The project embodies the bureau's ideals: it combines minimalist forms, maximum functionality, and a commitment to natural elements in the details.

The main focus of the project was on the functional zoning of the space, considering all the team's needs. The office is divided into several key zones: workspaces for architects, separate meeting rooms for client and partner meetings, and a relaxation area and café for employees. These zones are united by a single open space concept, creating an atmosphere of openness and interaction. Working in this format, architects can easily exchange ideas and collaborate during project development.

The office interior embodies the principles of eco-minimalism, which combines harmony with nature, functionality, and a pursuit of simplicity. The spaces are designed in soft, natural tones: white and gray in the interior organically combine with the furniture, creating an atmosphere of lightness and coziness. Brick walls painted white bring vibrant energy and freshness to the interior. In the main meeting area, above a large wooden table, an installation of burgundy dried flowers is organically placed, becoming a vibrant focal point of the space's composition.

The office project also includes a full-fledged café for employees located inside the office—employees don't have to look for lunch places or wait for couriers with deliveries. The café operates on a buffet system, offering employees a wide selection of healthy dishes: the bureau adheres to the principle of healthy eating and includes plenty of greens and vegetables in the team's diet. In summer, lunch can be enjoyed in the courtyard on the terrace in front of the office building.

The office project of FANTALIS Architects is a combination of contemporary architectural solutions creating an atmosphere where comfort and style organically intertwine, and the work environment becomes not only convenient but also inspiring.
