The Kazanyesh-2025 forum became a crossroads of architectural traditions and innovative ideas, where experts sought the deeper meaning of contemporary architecture. How can we preserve identity and create spaces that will inspire, unite, and benefit future generations, especially in an era of change and technological breakthroughs? This question became the leitmotif of discussions and defined new horizons for the development of the cities we live in.
During the round table "Hotel 'Grand Success'. Hospitality Model 2.0," architects discussed what factors influence the success of modern hotels. Experts presented hotel project case studies and shared their experience in hotel design against the backdrop of growing interest in domestic tourism.

Session speaker Anna Kulikova, architect and partner at FANTALIS Architects, using the example of two conceptually different projects by the bureau—the Aurora Extreme Hotel and the Laguna SPA Hotel, both realized on the Kamchatka Peninsula—shared her design experience, showing how architecture and design transform depending on the needs and expectations of the end user. She explained how the interests of different target audiences can be considered within a single project and how this approach directly influences the success of the product—the hotel.
